We’re thrilled to see the ongoing success of this advance care planning video campaign we originally developed in 2014 for the Victorian Department of Health.

Working with the Western Australia Department of Health, in partnership with the Victorian Department of Health, we have developed a co-branded version of the ‘Have The Conversation’ video campaign, which will now be implemented by both state health departments.

We produced 22x language variants of the campaign video, including Afrikaans, Arabic, Croatian, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Macedonian, Malay, Polish, Punjabi, Serbian, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, Turkish and Vietnamese.

The campaign will continue to serve as a valuable communication tool for both state health departments and health care providers. It aims to encourage people to have conversations with loved ones and health professionals around their future health and to plan for what they would or would not want, if they become unable to make or communicate their own preferences.

All 22 language variants of the video are available here
